In an Instagram photo, the German model covered her topless figure with suds as she drank coffee in the tub.
The America's Got Talent judge smiled at the camera as she sported a face work.
Heidi wrapped up her head with a white towel.

On Wednesday, September 27, Italian dog trainer Adrian Stoica and his dog Hurricane were crowned winners of the Season 18 finale.
The pair defeated Anna DeGuzman, a New Jersey magician who was the runner-up in the talent competition.
During the season finale, the Machete Kills actress revealed her fate on the next season of the talent competition show.
Host Terry Crews, 55, asked Sofia if she would be returning to AGT as a judge next summer.
Terry said: "Wait, Sofia, you'll be back on NBC next season, right?"
She replied, "Maybe. Maybe if Simon…" and looked at fellow judge Simon Cowell, 63, hesitantly.
Sofia revealed she was only joking and declared: "Yes, I'm back!" as she threw her arms in the air.
The TV personality reminded audiences she will partake in the new spin-off series titled America's Got Talent: Fantasy League, which is scheduled to air next year.
Sofia pouted and replied: "I know! I had other things to do! But I'm going to leave you in good hands.
