Girl, 14, 'choked and slapped by her dad after he found nude pics of her on Snapchat'
A 14-YEAR-OLD girl was allegedly choked and slapped by her dad after he found nude pictures of her on Snapchat.
Police said Christian Amason, 45, grabbed the teenager by the throat after she got into an argument with her mum when she discovered the pictures had been shared on Facebook.
He is alleged to have slapped her on the upper and lower body before he grabbed her with both hands, cutting off her airways, according to Hamilton County Sheriff's Office in Tennessee, US.
Officers said he intervened when the girl prevented her mother, Norma Amason, from spanking her, news.com.au reports.
According to a report filed by police, Amason allegedly grabbed the victim by the throat and started slapping her with an open hand to the upper and lower body.

The daughter then claimed the fight escalated and her father allegedly began grabbing her by the throat with both hands, cutting off her airways and choking her.
After that the girl said she called her older sister to come and pick her up and then met with police to file a report on the alleged incident.
According to police interviews, both parents allegedly admitted to hitting their daughter.
The couple said they became very angry when they discovered their daughter had posted nude pictures of herself on Shapchat.
Snapchat allows users to share photos that expire and are erased from the mobile social media platform.
Amason allegedly told police officers he lost control and began hitting and choking his daughter.
He was taken into custody and charge with child neglect.
Child protective services were notified in regard to the assault of a child.
